First time hair apt. Logging into site and getting apt was a little difficult. Once i set up apt for my son, got to store and my son wasnt listed. Grabbed my phone to show stylist and sure enough it said I need to "click here" to complete my sign up. I clicked it, there were 6-8 people waiting to get hair cut. Took my kids to tijuana flats next door came back to store and was listed on board but said not checked in. Make sure you actually check in on their computer when you get there. Other then that it went great, Kaliegh was amazing with my 6 yr old boy cutting his hair for the second time.

Never answers the phone, can't book a haircut on the website it keeps crashing and giving an error code. Will never go there again.

I usually go to sports clips (Wesley Chapel) all the time and never have a problem, I don't like showing up before they close. But seeing that they're changing all their hours because of Christmas week. I can't go on Monday because our clothes in at 3 instead of 8 like usual. That's the only time I can come before they close. But their policy is as long as you're inside the doors before closing time will you still cut your hair. Even if there is a line. The lady didn't check in and said that they're closed, but it was 10 minutes before they closed. And there was no line and there's a couple stylist that weren't cutting hair and not doing anything.
