Never answers the phone, can't book a haircut on the website it keeps crashing and giving an error code. Will never go there again.

I got a hair cut yesterday by a young lady and cant remember her name. She gave me the perfect hair cut. I must call and get her name for my next haircut. Thankyou.

Went on line and made appointment. Got there and within minutes was next on deck. Watched 2 customers walk in and register and request"next available ". They both were called before me, I requested my name to be removed and left. This customer will not be back. Second time this has happened.
