"I've been going to sports clips to different ones for about 10 years. I've always love them in every experience has been a pleasant one , until now. It was the most of unprofessional experience I have ever had. I was not greeted when I came in the door.. 3 individuals were standing around looking at me but not Greeting me. They were on their phones googling holidays. The to stylus who are waiting to cut hair neither one of them wanted to do it and so the kept looking at each other until finally 1 of them took me back. She did not talk to me the entire time . They had my profile so they knew my background and they weren't even going to get me a veteran's discount until I ask for it. After 10 years of going to sports clips after going to this one in Wesley Chapel I doubt that I'll ever go to another 1 again. Haircut was terrible the service was terrible there was no professionalism at all and the place was dirty."

"Went in for a haircut... two people getting haircuts with two attendants taking care of them. No one else in store. I'm next, I sign in. My name goes up on digital board 8 minute wait After about 5 minutes of waiting another customer comes in and signs in, also 8 minute wait... all cool, two customers on barber chairs two attendants taking care of them, two customers waiting both with 8 minute waits displayed (even though I'm already here 5 minutes) Approximately 10 minutes go by display show we are both "on deck" I assume we are next. One person on chair leaves person who came in after me is taken. No explanation... but I'm next so I make no fuss... another customer comes in 8 minutes wait time, I'm still "on deck" 20 more minutes go by the other customer leaves ( maybe tired of waiting) another 20 minutes go by still waiting. No explanation, no "sorry waiting longer then display indicated" No explanations at all. If they cared about customer service they certainly didn't show it... I finally got inpatient and left. I asked for and explanation and never really got one. They just showed annoyance of my asking for one.... If management cares, they need to train employees to improve customer service. I never did get my haircut"

"Do not go here! They got rid of the only stylists that knew what they were doing. We were left with a botched job once you wash the product out of the hair they use to cover up all their mistakes! They offered to 'fix' it, but refused a refund. **UPDATE- The owner still has not addressed this but we found a wonderful new barber shop in Wesley Chapel! I recommend everyone go to The Man Cave! They are experienced and friendly with great customer service."

"I've been going here since they opened. I've always had great luck. doesn't matter who his worked on my hair, everybody's been great. Until today. When this short heavy blonde girl with all the tattoos cut my hair. she cut the top so short it looks like I am bald on the right top part of my head. I am so upset it's not even funny. I will never ever ever be back and I will make sure I tell everybody I know about the horrible experience I had today. She should not be cutting hair, she has no clue. Stay away from her, she's a horrible haircutter one of the worst I've ever seen in 52 years"
